Women's ministry event

We're very excited to share some plans we have for the women of Christchurch which will kick off in the New Year. We know that for all of us in our different stages and seasons of life, there are both joys and hardships to face. The beauty of life as believers is that we never have to do that alone, and we are keen to develop and deepen the ways that we walk alongside each other as we walk together with Jesus.

What’s happening?

We’ll kick off in January with Kerstin Bowsher coming to talk on the topic of ‘Better Conversations’, helping us to think how we can take our passing conversations in the busyness of the days into moments where we can listen well and bring the truth of God’s Word and His presence into the details of life.

Following that, we will be offering the opportunity to come along over the next few months to a book study, where we will gather in groups to read ‘Side by Side’, a small and accessible book by Ed Welch, which will help us think more about relationships and journeying together in Christ. This will be a chance to both learn and hang out together, hopefully building and growing the kinds of friendships we’re talking about!
