Advent Bible Study
Join us for a short Advent Season bible study series beginning on December 5th. We’ll be
retracing Matthew’s steps through the Old Testament as he unveils the theme of “Christmas Promised” by the Prophets and “Christmas Fulfilled” in the coming of Jesus Christ. We’ll discover how Matthew identifies Jesus as the promised ‘seed of woman’, ‘the shoot of Jesse’, ‘the child born of a virgin’, 'the Spirit-anointed servant’ and the ‘shepherd’ who rescues his strayed sheep.
We’ll meet on Tuesday evenings, Dec 5th & 12th at 7:30pm sharp on the Landing. All you need is your bible (paper version preferred!). Seasonal refreshments will be served and we’ll be working together in groups, so it’s a great opportunity to get to know others in the church.
