What is ChurchSuite?
You may have heard us mention ChurchSuite a couple of times at Christchurch (most recently on Sunday!) and be wondering what it is. So here's a quick overview of ChurchSuite...
What is ChurchSuite?
ChurchSuite is our church database system we use to...
- send out communications relating to church activities- this could be a consent form for a Teens trip, details about a members meeting or a text to say church is cancelled due to snow.
- create rotas- when you're serving in a ministry at church, ChurchSuite is where the rotas are hosted and where you can arrange swaps.
- digitally sign-in our young people to weekly activities.
When should I be on ChurchSuite?
If you've been regularly attending Christchurch for a while and have decided this is your home, we'd recommend you be on ChurchSuite.
What's the difference between the Church app and ChurchSuite?
The church app is where we put all the information about events at christchurch, sign-up forms, Sunday's songs and the We are Christchurch podcast.
ChurchSuite is how we follow up with information about the events you've signed up for, contact you to say you've forgotten something at church on Sunday and highlight when to update your gift aid information. It's also how you can control how we use your data.

How do I get on ChurchSuite?
To get on ChurchSuite, you can complete this form or head to the admin desk on Sunday and they'll be able to assist.
