Harvest Sunday
Harvest Sunday is globally a day the church acknowledges that everything we have comes from our Father in Heaven. It’s a day of thanks and gratitude, but there’s more to it than that.
Harvest is also a time to remember that everything we have we have to share! The Father who gives with abundance does so for us to bless the world.
This year, Harvest Sunday is September 29 and as in previous years, we're planning to hold a Foodbank collection. If you'd like to make a donation, please find a list of items we're short of below:
Long-life milk
Tinned meat
Tinned fish
Tinned soup
Pasta sauces
Tinned rice pudding/custard
We'd also love it if you could pray for our clients and volunteers!
And the good news doesn't end there! We'll also be EATING AFTER THE MEETING!
