REFORMATION DAY RESOURCES
Last Sunday, we joined with Christians around the world to remember the Reformation and celebrate the liberating power of salvation by grace alone, through faith alone in Christ alone. If you’ve not yet heard Reuben’s message, you can do so here.
What is the Reformation?
In 1517, Martin Luther changed the world by listing 95 ways the Church had lost her way and nailing this thesis to the door of Wittenberg Castle. While intended for internal debate, his words led to a split in Catholicism between traditionalists and critics.
Luther’s act launched a religious movement known as the Protestant Reformation, which influenced religion for centuries to come. And still does to this day.
1517.org have compiled a short list of resources for you to engage more deeply with the Reformation. We’ll leave them here for you to inspire and encourage.
