God's goodness through CAP and Mercy ministries
An update from the CAP and Mercy Ministries team:
Our hearts are full of gratitude!
We are grateful for people coming to know the Lord and joining our church family.
We are grateful for release from debt! 2024 saw a number of people became debt free - £174,196 of debt no longer hanging over these individuals’ heads. Already this year just under £50k of debt has been dealt with. We are currently managing debt of £665,152 - please pray for CAP head office as they work to advise on the best routes out of debt and pray for our clients who are living with this debt.
We are grateful that we get the opportunity to pray with our CAP clients – this is such a powerful expression of God’s care for them.
We are grateful for continued relationships between clients and befrienders; please pray that God would continue to give befrienders wisdom and discernment in conversations with client friends.
We are grateful for Wednesday Warm. Last year we served 1750 individual meals and had some amazing conversations! Please pray for God to grow the seeds that have been planted, so that more people will come to know the Lord.
We are grateful for Acts435 and the opportunity to apply for funding from this charity to provide for some of the most needy in our community. We are grateful for the referrals we receive from other agencies working in the community and for the trust they put in us.
We are grateful for the church and all of you who visit clients, who support us at Wednesday Warm and who pray for us! Thank you!
We are grateful to God for all that He is doing through this ministry!
We are grateful that it’s His work and that He leads us every step of the way!
