Summer Song List

Summer is here—and with it, the perfect opportunity for road trips, family adventures, and time spent together! Music is a great way to help children remember the deep and beautiful truths of the gospel.

We would like to share two brand new Summer Drive-Time Spotify playlists of gospel-centred songs that children (and parents!) will love.

Whether you're cruising to the beach, heading out for ice cream, or just spending time at home, these playlists are designed to help families enjoy music together—and more importantly, to fill your time with the good news of Jesus in a way that’s easy and memorable.

? The Two Playlists:
1. Young Kids Playlist (Toddlers – Builders / Conquerors)
This playlist is especially for our younger children. Packed with fun, upbeat, and truth-filled songs, it’s perfect for young kids who love to sing and move. These songs use simple language and repetition to help little hearts absorb big gospel truths.

 2. Family Playlist (Conquerors / Discoverers – Bridge)
This playlist is designed for families with slightly older kids. With a mix of fun and meaningful songs that the whole family can enjoy, it's a great way to keep conversations about Jesus going, whether you're at home, in the car, or anywhere in between. Many of the songs in this playlist are ones we sing together during our main Sunday gatherings, making it a great way to help children connect with worship in church.

You don’t need to pay to enjoy these playlists—they’re accessible to all Spotify users! Spotify is a free music streaming platform that you can access on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Here’s how you can get started:
Option 1: Free Account

• Go to www.spotify.com and click “Sign Up” (or download the Spotify app).
• Create a free account with your email address.
• With a free account, you can:
  • Listen to both of our Christchurch Kids playlists
  • Shuffle play songs
  • Hear occasional ads
  • Stream music with an internet connection (you’ll need mobile data or WiFi)

Option 2: Premium Subscription

• With Spotify Premium (paid), you get extra features:
  • No ads
  • Ability to skip songs freely
  • Download music to play offline (great for car trips with limited data!)
