Meeting to pray
It's always a privilege to meet together as a church to pray.
Our next scheduled prayer meetings are 1st and 15th December at 7.30 pm. We will be praying that God will use the Christmas season to draw many souls to Jesus.
We'll be praying for our annual carol service that people will be challenged by the gospel and will come to know the real meaning of Christmas.
At prayer meetings we are always pleased to receive requests for prayer. If there is anything you'd like us to pray for, there is a form you can use on the website.
I think every Christian wishes that they knew how to pray better. But prayer is simply God's children speaking to their heavenly Father who accepts them unconditionally because they are in Christ. Sometimes we think God will be impressed if we pray ‘just so’, (whatever we think ‘just so’ actually is!). No, God desires that we, his children, recognise our dependency on our God for everything with thankful hearts as we pray.
If you're able to join us at the prayer meeting it would be great to see you.
