An encouragement from Romans 8:26
Whether you are feeling weighed down by your circumstances or finding it easy to rejoice in your current blessings, we would love to join in prayer with you. Come as you are to our next prayer meeting. There is no pressure to pray out loud or to have to share everything you are going through. God knows and his Spirit helps us pray when we don't know how.
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. - Romans 8:26
